Shipment

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding holidays). Domestic deliveries usually take approximately 1-3 business days after the shipping confirmation email.


If an order cannot be delivered, DAINTY DYSTOPIA will not bear any costs and will not resend it.

DAINTY DYSTOPIA is not responsible for any damage to the package that occurs during delivery or during the return process. The buyer is responsible for any costs, such as customs duties. These fees are levied directly by customs and are beyond DAINTY DYSTOPIA's control.

Shipping costs

(including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We calculate domestic shipping costs based on shipping weight.
Deliveries abroad : We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the shipping weight.
