Scoopstore - not just an ordinary store
As the name suggests, this store is no ordinary one. The concept is aimed at emerging designers and labels who can't yet afford their own store. The Scoopstore sees itself as a brand laboratory and includes approximately 75 (as yet unknown) labels, lovingly presented across 300 square meters.

Fries Workshop
No longer in the Zuid district, but so delicious that it has to be on this list is Atelier des Frites. Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman founded Atelier des Frites on his love of French fries. He spent more than 18 months searching for the best potato varieties, and the journey was worth it: If you love fries, you'll love Atelier des Frites!
