The amount of dye you use, how you arrange it, and the composition of the colors – all of these factors influence the creation and make your work unique. With our BOTANICAL DYE KIT, you'll learn the bundle dyeing technique. We'll teach you the necessary craftsmanship in the included instructions and our video tutorial. Now all you have to do is choose a color combination and get started!

The #01 NIGHT SHADES BOTANICAL DYE KIT contains shades of purple, violet, magenta, pink, blue and brown.

The kit consists of:

• 1x silk scarf with hand-rolled hem, 65x65 cm, pre-treated and ready to dye
• 4x dyeing material:
  Logwood - in shavings
  Blue mallow - as a whole flower
  Cochineal - as granules
  Indigo - as powder
• 2x shaders for additional color effects:
  Iron sulfate* – as granules
  Soda – as powder
• 1x cotton thread for bundling
• 1x illustrated instructions plus link to our video tutorial

You should have this at home:

• Pot with matching sieve and lid
• large and small spoon
• Mortar or spoon with saucer
• Glass container with at least 1 liter capacity
• Disposable gloves

The special

Natural colors change over time (e.g., due to light or friction) and are sensitive to additives in detergents. Care for your silk scarf like the exclusive designer piece it is: hand wash, use a pH-neutral detergent, and you'll enjoy it for a long time.

*Small amounts of iron sulfate are safe, but be careful. Do not use containers containing iron for cooking.
